A decent storyline with nice animation. Written by the same author who also wrote " The Giver. The Willoughbys " is drastically different. Filled with quirky and slightly weird children characters and interesting cat-rration throughout. I do like the message that the movie brings across - just because someone is blood - doesn"t mean they are family. It has to be earned. I put this film on as a time filler and my two daughters (13 & 10) were hooked, it"s not like other films where everything is perfect but I think thats what makes it. This shows how families come in all shapes and sizes and in unexpected ways. Really enjoyed.

Nice movie for adults who love animations that aren"t too childish. The movie has some heavier theme"s in it so it"s not really the minion type of animation which kids enjoy.
The story was sometimes all over the place and at some points too chair for me (maybe I"m too old to watch this.
It"s worth the hour and a half to spend an evening with this movie.
